UK: British Deaf History Society
The aim of the BDHS is to research, preserve and promote the histories of Deaf people in the UK

The BDHS was established in 1993 to promote and advance the interest in the discovery, research, conservation and preservation of the histories of Deaf people, their communities, culture and language.
The BDHS also manages and oversees the National Deaf Archives (NDA) which was set up from numerous collections that have been bequeathed or donated to the Society.
